Relevant degree or more than 5 years experience recruiting, managing and training teams

Experience working in West Africa preferred
Have some understanding of labour laws

Open-minded, strong emotional intelligence, empathy, observant as well as creative
Fluency in French and English is required
Lead the talent management team including hiring, training and coaching
Lead hiring, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement as well as talent management to free the full potential of Oolu employees in our different countries of operations.
Lead company culture initiatives and improve the culture and work environment by analysing employee feedback and data.
Understand Oolu Solar’s operations and strategy to identify gaps and anticipate upcoming HR needs.
In charge of leading senior recruitments directly
Oversight of human resources operations
Other duties as requested by DG or Board of Directors
